Who is the Current Indian Chief of Defence Staff?
The government has determined to select General Bipin Rawat, as the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) with impact from December 31, 2019, and till more orders and increase in service of General Bipin Rawat with December 31, 2019, and till such time he continues the position of CDS. Indian Army chief General Bipin Rawat has been called India's first Chief of Defence Staff.
